Coverage Care has been providing nursing, residential and respite care services for older people and those living with dementia or a disability throughout Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin since 1997.
Originally formed to accept the transfer of the care homes from the then Shropshire County Council we now operate 12 homes across Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin, each home is different, but operating to the same high standard of care. Coverage Care is a Society registered under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 having originally been incorporated as an Industrial and Provident Society, what that means is that we operate on a Not for Profit basis investing surpluses made back in to the continued development of the homes and services we run.
Our Homes
Coverage Care has 12 homes throughout Shropshire offering care predominantly for older people requiring nursing, residential, respite or various forms of re-ablement care, all for those living with frailty or dementia.
We have two additional services:
- one which provides respite support for people with a learning disability
- and another providing an extra care service where you can live in your own flat and receive care as you require it.
Wherever you choose we aim to provide a home from home with a friendly warm atmosphere where you will feel comfortable and your friends and families will feel welcome and part of the home too.
Our homes are in local market towns and maintaining links with the local communities is important to us.
All of our homes are registered, regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission and you can find a link to the latest inspection report in each individual home directory.
