HR Officer – 21 hours per week
***Fixed Term Contract to Cover Maternity Leave for 13 months***
We are looking for a suitably experienced and Skilled HR officer to cover our colleague while they are on maternity leave. The position will therefore be fixed term for 13 months (start date on or around 01.07.2024. We plan for overlap time at the beginning and end of the maternity leave which is planned for 11 months.
Coverage care is a not-for-profit organisation providing care for the elderly in 12 care homes throughout Shropshire. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a busy HR department that provides support and guidance to colleagues working in 12 nursing or residential homes. The organisation has around 1000 staff ranging from care assistants, shift leaders, nurses, managers, maintenance operatives, cooks and housekeeping. There is always plenty going on with lots of variety, including job satisfaction knowing that our service is making a difference to people’s lives when they are most vulnerable.
The position is part time – 21 hours per week and the rate of pay is £20.08 per hour.
